Salesforce Consultant with CPQ

For this role, we are seeking someone with experience as a Technical Architect or Lead Technical Implementer with Design experience to join the US onsite team. This role is designed to complement and onsite Functional Consultant and will serve as a strong technical authority for the PROS/Conga CPQ related Projects. The candidate will ideally have experience either leading end-to-end CPQ projects and architecting complex quoting solutions, guiding clients confidently in the design and requirements gathering process, while also supporting the team through development phases and upgrades designs.

Key Responsibilities

· PROS/Conga CPQ Solution Design for complex quoting scenarios

· Design Smart CPQ Solution Design to align with Client Business Requirements

· Collaborating with onsite and offshore team throughout project

· Own architecture blueprint for quoting workflows and system integrations

· Experience working with PROS/Conga Smart Price Management and understanding of integrations into CPQ through real time pricing.

· Collaborate with onsite Functional Consultant to help lead projects and translate business requirements into technical designs.

· Lead discussions with Customer on technical requirement sand work with onsite and offshore team to plan delivery of implementation – validating it aligns with designed workflows and elements.

· Develop clear Design documentation that is aligned with the customer

· Apply deep knowledge of PROS/Conga CPQ data model to support customizations, configurations, and other decisions made.

· Support configuration and migration activities, ensuring data integrity and sufficient testing is planned.

Experience:

· Preferably 5+ years of hands-on experience with PROS/Conga Smart CPQ, Smart SPM and has experience with design and implementation ownership.

· Experience as a Solutions Architect, or Lead Implementer with experience in driving technical designs on Smart CPQ.

· Foundational experience of working within Smart Pricing Management and understanding these concepts.

· Strong working knowledge and skills within the PROS/Conga CPQ data model.

· Ability to design scalable Smart CPQ Solutions.

· Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
