What impact you'll make
As a member of the GE Vernova Forrester Operations team, you will lead the development and execution of the manufacturing processes for the Plant. This role includes coaching and mentoring manufacturing engineers, driving technology and process development initiatives, and oversee the planning and execution of manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to identify and eliminate waste.
- Oversee and manage the flow of new tooling and fixture builds along with tooling repairs.
- Manage manufacturing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee the management of annual Capital Planning Process.
- Ensure employees receive the training, support and guidance needed to continuously increase their responsibilities, technical contributions and growth.
- Activate the GE Vernova Way: Innovation, Customers, Lean, One Team, Accountable
- Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process capability and qualifications.
- Works with other functional leaders and internal staff to meet organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university (or verified equivalent) plus seven (7) years of supervisory or technical experience in a manufacturing or technical field. Of that experience, at least three (3) years of experience must be in a supervisory/managerial position.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,600.00 and $174,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
