Job Description:
>> Were looking for a Senior Lead Engineer - React Native with deep experience designing and building scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native, TypeScript, Expo, and modern mobile architecture patterns. This role will play a critical part in shaping the technical direction of our mobile platform, driving architecture decisions, optimizing performance, and delivering enterprise-grade mobile experiences.
>> Youll work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to build highly responsive, secure, and maintainable iOS and Android applications. Were seeking someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on - someone who enjoys solving complex mobile challenges while influencing long-term platform evolution.
Requirements:
>> Strong hands-on experience building production-grade apps using React Native and TypeScript.
>> Deep understanding of Expo ecosystem (EAS, OTA updates, build pipelines, native configuration).
>> Expertise in mobile architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, modular architecture).
>> Experience integrating native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) modules into React Native apps.
>> Strong understanding of app lifecycle, memory management, threading, and performance tuning.
>> Experience implementing push notifications, deep linking, analytics SDKs, and mobile security frameworks.
>> Familiarity with authentication flows (OIDC, PKCE, secure token handling).
>> Experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL) and handling network resiliencyoffline-first design.
>> Strong understanding of mobile DevOps, CICD, and release governance.
>> Experience collaborating in Agile environments and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
>> Ability to balance hands-on development with strategic architectural leadership.
