ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support delivery for enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The role will focus on Demand Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, End User Services, Forms development, and O365 integrations (Outlook, Teams).

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development & Configuration
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across:
• Demand Management
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Service Catalog & Request Fulfillment
• End User Services / Employee Center
• Develop and maintain forms, catalog items, record producers, and workflows aligned to business requirements
• Customize ServiceNow using:
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
• UI Policies, UI Actions
• Flow Designer and Workflows
• Integrations
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and O365 tools (Outlook, Teams)
• Build and maintain integrations using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• IntegrationHub and web services
• Enable use cases like:
• Email-based request automation (Outlook)
• Teams notifications / collaboration workflows
• Service Catalog & End User Experience
• Develop and enhance service catalog offerings and self-service forms
• Build user-friendly interfaces (Service Portal / Employee Center)
• Ensure seamless integration between forms, catalog workflows, and backend processes
• Demand & Process Enablement
• Support Demand Management lifecycle (intake prioritization fulfillment)
• Translate business demand into technical solutions within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment
• Testing, Deployment & Support
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist in production deployments
• Provide L3 support for incident resolution and enhancements
• Participate in code reviews, release management, and platform governance
• Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with onshore teams, product owners, and architects
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills:

• 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• ITSM modules
• Service Catalog
• Integrations
• Demand Management (preferred)
• Experience with forms design and workflow automation

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in:

• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting framework
• Experience with:
• REST/SOAP integrations
• IntegrationHub
• Flow Designer
• Integration Experience
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with:
• Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams)
• Other enterprise applications
• Certifications (Preferred)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Working Model
• Onshore - US Based
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones

Nice-to-Have:
