Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bizagi Techno-Functional Consultant / SME to provide functional and technical leadership on Bizagi BPM implementations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and offshore development teams, ensuring successful solution delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical expertise on the Bizagi platform, including:

  • Process Modeling (BPMN)

  • Data Modeling

  • Business Rules

  • Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services)

  • Out-of-the-box capabilities vs. custom development

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for offshore development teams.

• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery timelines.

• Guide the offshore team on Bizagi best practices and architecture decisions.

• Conduct solution demos and walkthroughs for business stakeholders.

• Address functional queries related to Bizagi configuration and customization boundaries.

• Act as the primary Bizagi SME and client-facing point of contact.

• Participate in client meetings, provide status updates, and ensure project alignment.

• Support testing, UAT coordination, and production deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with Bizagi BPM Suite (Modeler & Studio).

• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards.

• Experience in:

  • Bizagi Data Models

  • Business Rules (Expressions, Rules Engine)

  • Form Design

  • Integrations with external systems

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs.

• Experience coordinating offshore development teams.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL.

• Strong documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise-level Bizagi implementations.

• Exposure to cloud deployments and Bizagi Automation Services.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools.

• Prior consulting experience.

• Bizagi Certification (Preferred).
