Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator-Level 3 to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Juno Beach, Florida. In this role, you will manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, robust cybersecurity measures, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in system architecture, cloud technology, virtualization platforms, and infrastructure security.
Responsibilities:
Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computing infrastructure, including operating systems and middleware products, across various platforms.
Evaluate, implement, and adjust software parameters and solutions to optimize system performance.
Develop and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard enterprise IT environments and ensure compliance with regulations.
Oversee enterprise Active Directory environments, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
Lead IT infrastructure projects such as data center operations, cloud migrations, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with monitoring engineers to enhance issue prediction, detection, and automated response systems.
Drive continuous improvement in system reliability through root cause analysis and problem management.
Ensure timely delivery of PC hardware and software asset management processes and IT audit requirements.
Maintain compliance with workstation patching and vulnerability reduction efforts.
Utilize IT governance frameworks to establish policies and procedures that align with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
11-15 years of experience managing enterprise IT environments, system architecture, and infrastructure security with attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, VMware, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity risk management, and compliance with industry regulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex IT projects, including cloud migrations and automation initiatives.
Proficiency in problem management, root cause analysis, and system reliability enhancement.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to improve incident detection and response.
Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and configuration management processes.
