FullStack Java Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead with 12+ years of experience in IT, Java, Angular, AWS, and Oracle to lead development while actively contributing to coding and design. The role involves driving architecture, building scalable applications, and managing a team of developers in an agile environment. You will lead by example—owning key technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality, performant solutions. Strong experience in REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development is essential, along with the ability to collaborate across product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and AWS services.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with backend systems using Oracle DB.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, QA, and DevOps.

• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across devices and browsers.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Maintain and enhance application security, scalability, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.

• Hands-on experience with Angular (v16 or higher preferred).

• Understanding and experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).

• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures in Oracle.

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS DevOps tools.

• Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, New Relic).

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
