Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Architect / Technical Lead with extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing highly scalable distributed systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Kafka, Golang, Java, Kotlin, and Python, along with a strong architectural mindset and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.

This role requires a highly technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and deliver enterprise-grade, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong architecture and technical leadership background.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including event-driven architecture, messaging, streaming, and distributed systems.
• Strong programming experience in:
• Golang
• Java
• Kotlin
• Python

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using Golang, Java, Kotlin, and Python.
• Design and optimize Kafka-based event streaming and messaging solutions.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities.
• Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and system reliability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide architectural guidance for resolution.
