JOB DESCRIPTION

The role -
- Senior independent lead, organizational design & change management, for a large-scale manufacturing-network transformation at pharmaceutical manufacturer.
- The program standardizes site organizational structures across the network — defining site "archetypes," right-sizing spans of control and management layers, and setting target indirect-to-direct ratios — with change management running throughout.

Must-haves:
- Multi-jurisdiction works council / labor consultation experience — critical filter; please prioritize.
- Large-scale pharma or regulated-manufacturing organizational design: site structures, spans of control, layers, indirect-to-direct ratios.
- Enterprise-scale change delivery (5,000+ affected employees preferred).
- Top-tier organization experience (ex-McKinsey/BCG/Bain or equivalent) preferred.
- One relevant manufacturing/site org-redesign case, with quantified outcomes where possible (spans, layers, or indirect-to-direct ratios).
