  • Manage and deliver multiple projects with excellent time management, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Partner with acquisition targets, acquired companies, Service Delivery and Global Shared Services departments, Ryan IT, and Ryan office location personnel to provide products and services required for technical integrations and office moves.

    Client:
  • Serve as the primary IT contact for acquired companies during the technical integration process.
  • Lead coordination with acquisition targets, acquired companies, Ryan business units, Ryan office location staff, vendors, and IT teams for project planning, design, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate integration activities across infrastructure, applications, and information security teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule integration activities, ensuring timely delivery of required products, services, and equipment.
  • Support end users during integration and cutover activities as needed.

    Value:
  • Own and successfully deliver the technology aspects of integration projects from discovery through execution and stabilization.
  • Lead detailed discovery and needs assessment to identify business-critical systems, tools, and dependencies required for Day 1 readiness.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify gaps between acquired company environments and Ryan standards and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, including unknown applications or business dependencies that may impact integration.
  • Coordinate with Ryan IT management to identify opportunities for improving integration and office move methods and procedures; review with appropriate management staff and implement improvements.
  • Support planning and implementation of Firm technology strategies and initiatives through effective project delivery and coordination.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project progress, key milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain documentation related to integration activities, systems, and configurations at a project level.
Perform other applicable duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing IT or technology projects in a medium to large, multi-location environment.
  • Experience coordinating infrastructure, workplace, or enterprise IT initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting office setups, relocations, or technology integrations is preferred.

Additional Required Skills:

  • Strong business and technical analysis skills, with particular strength in requirements gathering and discovery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including identification and communication of risks and escalation items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to determine appropriate solutions aligned with business needs.

Computer Skills:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
  • Experience with project planning and documentation tools such as SmartSheet and Visio is preferred. Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools (e.g., TrackIT! or similar) is beneficial.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, end-user computing, and systems, is required.

Certificates and Licenses:
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is desirable but not required.
  • International passport or the ability to procure one is required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
