Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP MM/P2P Functional Consultant on behalf of our client in Detroit, Michigan. This role requires a seasoned SAP professional with strong expertise in Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, drive process improvements, support end-to-end implementations, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA MM/P2P implementations and enhancement initiatives.

• Analyze, review, and optimize MM/P2P business processes and functional specifications.

• Configure and support SAP MM modules, including purchasing, procurement, inventory management, and planning processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage integrations with SAP modules such as FI/CO and SD.

• Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and provide functional recommendations.

• Lead testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop and deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and Clean Core methodologies.

• Provide ongoing support for business process improvements and system optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7 years of SAP MM/P2P functional consulting experience.

• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Materials Management (MM) processes.

• Hands-on experience with procurement, purchasing, inventory management, demand planning, and production planning.

• Experience integrating MM/P2P processes with SAP FI/CO, SD, and other related modules.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process optimization skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, business-facing consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain-focused environments.

• SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in MM or related functional areas.

• Experience implementing SAP Clean Core strategies and best practices.

• Prior experience leading workshops, training programs, and change management initiatives.
