Data Analytics (MA Stars Dashboarding)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Analyst– MA Stars Dashboarding to build and enhance Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars performance dashboards and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MA Stars reporting, Tableau dashboard development, Snowflake, and SQL. You will develop field-facing dashboards, deliver actionable healthcare insights, leverage AI-assisted workflows, and ensure PHI/HIPAA-compliant data handling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain MA Stars performance dashboards in Tableau.

Build reporting datasets and analytical models using Snowflake and SQL.

Create field-facing dashboards to monitor Stars performance and KPIs.

Leverage AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, and semantic layer querying.

Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver reporting solutions.

Ensure PHI/HIPAA-compliant handling of healthcare data.

Optimize query performance and validate data quality.

Support ongoing healthcare analytics initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3–5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience.

Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars analytics experience.

Tableau Dashboard Development.

Snowflake.

Advanced SQL.

AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, and semantic layer querying.

PHI / HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.

HL7 ADT message format knowledge.

Recent experience in Healthcare data domain.

NICE TO HAVE

Healthcare quality metrics and payer analytics.

Cloud data platforms.

Python or analytics automation experience.
