Job Overview: The Enterprise Computing Portfolio Governance & Delivery Team is seeking a Technical Project Manager. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of technology, balanced with acute business acumen and the soft skills needed to work effectively across all levels of the organization. This role will report to the Portfolio Lead and involve interaction with distributed technology teams, stakeholders, and resources globally, with a strong supporting team in Montreal and New York.
Responsibilities: - Manage specific projects within the project portfolio.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Enterprise Compute teams and business application teams, proactively addressing delivery risks and issues.
- Provide updates on progress through various materials, including Steering Committee materials, Senior Management briefings, and quarterly achievement packs.
- Work with the Program Manager to map out areas of focus and future projects.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for products.
- Coordinate with teams working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualifications: - Experience working in a technology department with project delivery responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex information for a range of audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Project management skills-formal qualifications are not required, but real-world experience and responsibilities are highly valued.
- Experience managing projects through a full lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple project streams.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a team-oriented focus and the ability to build relationships across a global team.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and database concepts.
- Direct experience with infrastructure, migration, adoption, or integration projects.

Pay Range: $65 - $70
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
