Summary

Requirements
  • 7 or more years of experience in IT project management with an active PMP certification.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking, and delivery management.
  • Experience with hybrid project lifecycles that apply Agile practices during implementation.
  • Experience in schedule, risk, issue, change, and budget management, including weekly status reporting.
  • Experience with implementation vendor management, deliverable tracking, and acceptance processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain project schedules, tracking dependencies, milestones, resources, and percent complete.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, log risks and issues, and run monthly risk meetings.
  • Assess and process changes to scope, schedule, budget, and resources through formal change control.
  • Track vendor deliverables, acceptance forms, and the implementation master schedule.
  • Lead status, backlog grooming, release planning, and change review meetings, with agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain decision, action, and stakeholder logs, and produce lessons learned and closeout reports.
