Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SWITCH SME with deep expertise in telecom inventory systems. The ideal candidate will possess detailed knowledge of SWITCH data structures, processes, and attribute-level mappings, and will play a key role in data analysis, transformation, and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end expertise in SWITCH system data, including attribute-level understanding
• Analyze and document data models, relationships, and dependencies within SWITCH
• Support data extraction, transformation, and migration activities
• Work closely with business and technical teams to define data requirements and mappings
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system modernization or migration projects

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SWITCH telecom inventory systems
• Deep understanding of data attributes, schemas, and workflows
• Experience in data migration and data mapping
• Skilled in SQL queries, data analysis tools
• Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with legacy telecom systems and transformations
• Prior experience in large-scale telecom migration programs
