Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly motivated engineer to join The Air Force Fighter and Strike Sustainment Engineering team in Hazelwood, Missouri as a Sustainment Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level) supporting the F-15 Singapore program. This unique position provides an opportunity to support the full aircraft from tip to tail and interface directly with the Singapore customer, BDS engineering counterparts, Program Management, and suppliers. In addition to supporting the ongoing fleet readiness, this position will also support the modification and modernization efforts for the SG fleet.

This challenging position is critical to the success of the F-15 Singapore fleet and provides the unique opportunity to interface with virtually every area of the F-15 Eagle. This is a great opportunity to obtain a key role supporting an international customer, with direct and tangible impacts to their operations.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate or Mid-Level Sustainment Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the primary BGS engineering interface to the customer, program management, and Product Support elements
  • Respond to customer inquiries for part failures, potential change impacts, and other technical questions
  • Provides technical support to the F-15SG in-service aircraft in troubleshooting aircraft issues, developing repairs, coordinating with suppliers and integrating across multiple functions
  • Researches, Author, and Coordinate Advisory Memos, Change Documents (CD), and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) in support of fleet issue corrections, repairs, and product improvement redesigns
  • Performs timely root cause corrective action (RCCA) for engineering issues to improve fleet availability and first time quality of future part purchases
  • Provides technical input to work products including SOW and proposal development, change incorporation, and obsolescence
  • Ensures the technical correctness of solutions being offered and implemented
  • Supports recurring customer meetings, including at off-hour times

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering role
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.) (Level 3)
  • 3+ years' experience supporting military aircraft
  • 3+ years' experience with military aircraft sustainment
  • Experience coordinating with government customers
  • Experience providing technical oversight of external suppliers
  • Experience developing specifications, statements of work, and proposal estimates

Summary Pay Range Associate (Level 2): $91,800- $124,200

Summary Pay Range Mid-Level (Level 3): $112,200- $151,800
