Position Requirements:
- On‑Prem Exchange Operations & Administration (Exchange 2016 or newer)
- Incident Troubleshooting & Break‑Fix Support
- Monitoring Health Checks
- Sustainment Routine Maintenance & Platform Support
- Security & Compliance Awareness (Cleared Environments)
- Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with Cloud hosting services
- Familiarity with M365
