SOLUTION ARCHITECT - DELIVERY

Task Description:

The Application Administrator will support the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of a distributed enterprise application platform hosted in a cloud environment. Responsibilities include:

• Monitor application health, system performance, alerts, and logs to ensure operational availability.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, security roles, and access requests.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues and coordinate resolutions with development and engineering teams.
• Support software deployments, patching, maintenance activities, and system upgrades.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and audit/compliance records.

Required skills/Level of Experience:

• 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect
• 1 year of experience with AI code conversion
• Experience all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with data migration from on-premises environments to the cloud
• Experience with hybrid multi target architecture and operating models
• AWS certification
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively with customers
• United States Top Secret Clearance

Nice to have skills:

• Security+ certification.
• Experience with ICA preferred
