Coordinate with internal disciplines and external agencies to support project delivery and regulatory compliance

Construction Administration
Support construction-phase services for municipal projects, including submittal review, RFIs, field observations, contractor coordination, and documentation of field conditions
Assist in evaluating field issues and recommending practical solutions in coordination with senior engineers and municipal clients
Contribute to project closeout activities and help ensure construction aligns with approved plans and specifications

Work closely with experienced engineers and municipal professionals in a collaborative environment that supports continued technical and professional growth
Take increasing ownership of assignments while receiving mentorship aligned with Artheon's commitment to internal advancement and PE-track development
Participate in professional development initiatives and contribute to a team culture focused on quality, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships

Demonstrated progress toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, with the goal of obtaining licensure within approximately 6-12 months
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort participating in or supporting public meetings and municipal coordination
Ability to manage multiple assignments, work collaboratively, and contribute effectively in a client-service environment
