Position: Service Delivery Manager III
Location: Remote

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee onsite and remote IT service delivery, ensuring high service quality, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role acts as the primary client contact for all ITO services, driving cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and client engagement.
- Ensure SLA, SOW, and cost plan compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical and service issues.
- Oversee Service Desk operations, ticket management, and escalation handling.
- Support Network, Data, Voice, and Wireless services delivery.
- Drive process improvements, documentation, and operational best practices.
- Develop technology strategies and forecast service demand.
- Act as the primary interface between clients and internal service teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Service Delivery Management experience.
- Strong background in IT Infrastructure Outsourcing (ITO).
- Experience managing SLAs, service operations, and customer relationships.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in remote and matrixed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
