ATA Services, Inc. is seeking to hire a Program Manager for Language Access & ADA Programs to work on a temporary assignment in Albuquerque, NM.

  • Pay Rate: $46.50 per hour with weekly pay
  • Start Date: Location: In-Office Northwest Albuquerque
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
  • Position Type: Temporary
  • Duration: 18 - 24 months


  • Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Judiciary's Language Access Program and ADA Program on a large-scale digital accessibility initiative. This position will play a critical role in coordinating the review, prioritization, tracking, and workflow management of court documents, forms, webpages, digital content, and other public-facing resources requiring accessibility remediation and translation.

    The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor project deliverables, and help ensure that public resources are remediated to meet ADA Title II digital accessibility requirements and translated into four languages.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all phases of a large-scale digital accessibility and language access project from planning through completion.
    • Coordinate the review, organization, prioritization, and tracking of court documents, digital content, forms, webpages, and other public-facing materials.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and workflow processes.
    • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among Judiciary staff, contractors, translators, accessibility specialists, and other stakeholders.
    • Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate delays or obstacles.
    • Track project progress and prepare status reports for leadership.
    • Ensure accessibility remediation efforts align with ADA Title II digital accessibility standards.
    • Coordinate translation workflows to support the publication of accessible content in four languages.
    • Support continuous process improvement and recommend efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale ADA digital accessibility compliance projects.
    • Experience working with government agencies, courts, or other public-sector organizations.
    • Strong knowledge of ADA Title II digital accessibility standards and accessibility compliance requirements.
    • Proven project management experience coordinating multiple workstreams, schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience.
    • Experience with language access initiatives or translation management.
    • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and digital content remediation processes.
    • Experience working with document management systems and workflow tracking tools.
