Location & Work Setup

  • Role is based in Montvale, NJ (no alternate locations).
  • In-person interview required (single round, ~1.5 hours).

Role Overview

  • Position: Full Stack Developer (Individual Contributor)

      • Angular development (UI)
      • .NET / C# backend work
      • SQL queries & stored procedures
    • May own features end-to-end (full stack)


Required Skills

  • Strong experience in:
    • Angular (currently using v19; upgrade planned to newer versions)
    • .NET / C#
    • SQL Server (query writing, not DBA-level)
  • Must be comfortable switching between front-end and back-end tasks


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to:
    • Azure / cloud environments
  • Mentorship capability (informal, not leadership role)


Experience Guidelines

  • Target: 5–10 years
  • Flexible if:
    • Candidate has fewer years (e.g., 3–4) but strong hands-on expertise
  • More experienced candidates (15+ years):
    • Not disqualified, but may face rate constraints

  • Strong recent experience is critical:
    • Especially Angular within the last few years

Responsibilities:

• Develop, debug, test, and deploy new and existing applications
• Help to ensure that developed application solutions satisfy business and technical requirements and that standard testing procedures have been followed
• Design, construct, implement and support client-facing software that meets the business requirements
• Perform software construction, unit testing and debugging; software construction may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased solutions
• Interface with internal and external technical staff to define application solutions and resolve problems as needed
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firms respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in .NET web application development
• Bachelors degree in from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Experience in user interface and design of web based products
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles, Patterns and Practices and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies and leading practices
