Position: Scrum Master with Windchill / PLM Experience

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile/SAFe experience and hands-on exposure to PTC Windchill / PLM environments.

Must Have Skills:
✅ Scrum Master experience (3+ years)
✅ SAFe Agile experience
✅ Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews & Retrospectives
✅ PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos
✅ Jira & Confluence experience
✅ Strong SDLC understanding
✅ Experience working with globally distributed teams
✅ Strong facilitation, communication & stakeholder management skills
✅ PLM Scrum Master experience

Preferred Experience:
🔹 PTC Windchill configuration/enhancement experience
🔹 PLM processes (Change Control, Lifecycle Management)
🔹 Regulated/compliance-driven environments
🔹 Teamcenter / PLM Product experience
🔹 Understanding of Generative AI & Agentic AI concepts

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery teams
• Coach teams on SAFe principles and Agile practices
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects & Delivery teams
• Maintain Jira boards, metrics, and delivery transparency
• Support PI planning and dependency management
• Drive collaboration across global teams
