Possible C2h or FTE perm role

• Very senior resource (12+ years of experience). Should have Big 4 experience (nice to have not required)
• This is a strategy role and not a doer role
• Location can be anywhere in the US

Need a data transformation expert to take the existing fragmented data that exists in multiple ON-Prem apps and move / transform the data to the S4 HANA private Cloud. What is the best way for the client to accomplish this. SAP best practice, use data bricks, or Azure, data lake, data fabric, or any other tools. Given the Client environment, what is the best strategy / approach to accomplish this data integration / transformation to SAP S4 HANA.

REQUIREMENTS (include the rating matrix)

• Experience designing and building centralized warehouses from SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Design and maintain reporting-focused data models (star schemas, snowflake models, semantic layers, subject areas).
• Experience developing canonical data definitions and metadata for reporting use cases.
• Experience in providing architectural leadership during SAP S/4HANA implementations and cloud transformations including evaluating emerging analytics technologies.
• Architecting SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere and similar solutions
• Design & implementation enterprise-wide solutions with Cloud Analytics platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Work with SAP data extraction methods, including: CDS views, ODATA Services
• Experience designing secure and high-performing ETL/ELT pipelines for cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments.
• Experience in extracting data from SAP and other ERP systems
• Experience implementing S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Experience designing, building and optimizing data solutions for BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Business Objects).
• Experience building efficient operational reports in transactional systems
• Write highperformance SQL, stored procedures, functions, and database scripts across platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of various database communication protocols ODBC, JDBC, ODATA
• Hands-on experience with data governance platforms and data catalogs (Purview, Collibra, Alation).
