Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain RedHat OpenShift clusters in production and non-production environments.
- Perform Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and patching.
- Monitor cluster health, scalability, resource utilization, and availability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, container, pod, and service-related issues.
- Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotation.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell, Bash, and Python.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitOps, and ArgoCD.
- Work with development and release teams on deployments and releases.
- Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with security, backup, and disaster recovery standards.
- Monitor platform performance using Dynatrace.
Must Have:
- RedHat OpenShift (v4.x Preferred)
- 5+ Years of OpenShift / Platform Support Experience
- Linux Administration (RedHat Linux, CoreOS)
