Job Description:
Senior Onshore Lead: Act as the primary technical and customer-facing lead for BI delivery.
Platform Expertise: Specialist in MicroStrategy and Tableau development and architecture.
Data Integration: Focus on sourcing and optimizing data from Databricks, Postgres, and Teradata.
Agile Delivery: Responsible for end-to-end Sprint execution and meeting delivery timelines.
Strategic Link: Bridge the gap between complex cloud data environments and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Direct collaboration with business stakeholders to define technical specifications.
Advanced Development: Building complex MicroStrategy reports, documents, and interactive dashboards.
Performance Tuning: Optimizing report SQL and VLDB settings for maximum speed and efficiency.
Database Management: Writing and troubleshooting advanced SQL across Databricks, Postgres, and Teradata.
Issue Resolution: Independently solving critical Production and QA bottlenecks.
Cloud Integration: Managing seamless data connectivity between cloud sources and BI tools.
Sprint Management: Leading the team through Sprint cycles and ensuring high-quality deployments.
