We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead a critical migration initiative involving updated data mappings, BICC configuration, and Finance module integrations. This role will oversee the coordination, planning, and delivery of multiple data extraction and reporting workstreams, ensuring accurate and reliable data flows during and after the transition to Oracle Fusion.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end to end project plan for reporting migration and data integration activities within the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for updating existing mappings and queries to ensure reports pull accurate and validated data throughout the migration.
- Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and communication across stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical teams.
Fusion Migration & Reporting
- Oversee the modification and validation of reporting logic to ensure compatibility with Oracle Fusion data structures.
- Ensure all legacy data extraction methods are updated, replaced, or retired based on Fusion architecture and business rules.
BICC Configuration & Data Extraction
- Direct the configuration of BICC (BI Cloud Connector) as the primary extraction method post migration.
- Partner with technical teams to establish BICC schedules, data sets, security parameters, and automation workflows needed for downstream integrations.
Integration Cycle Management
- Support and manage the upcoming integration cycle, covering both initial and incremental data loads.
- Ensure extraction intervals meet business requirements, targeting 15 minute or faster extraction cycles.
- Validate that integration processes are scalable, stable, and aligned with financial reporting needs.
Finance Modules Focus
- Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to ensure data movement aligns with functional requirements across key modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Assets, Projects).
- Ensure project deliverables meet financial accuracy, compliance, and reconciliation standards.
