Summary
Role : Business Analyst - Private Markets
Location : NYC (hybrid 2-3 days/week onsite)
Key requirements:
- Private equity/private debt fund accounting or fund finance experience
- Experience with NAV, capital activity, reconciliations, allocations, financial reporting, and related accounting/finance workflows
- SQL is a must-have
- Advanced Excel is required
- Power BI is important
- Experience creating Agile user stories and detailed functional requirements
- Experience with data mapping / source-to-target logic, such as defining how data should move from one table or system to another
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills, as this person will work closely with both the fund accounting/finance teams and technology
