Role: Unified Communications (UC) Architect
Location: Remote
Our emphasis should be recruiting professionals with experience migrating from Cisco to Teams Telephony.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- UC Architect OIG and BLS – VOIP & Rich Media - Cisco & Microsoft Team and all supplementary applications such as EFAX, ICAST etc.
- Planning, Design Implementation Lead for all UC Projects including Cisco to Team Migration
- New E911 Integration for Intrado & Redsky (PIDFLO)
- Operations Tier 3/4 Escalation for VoIP & Rich Media
- SBC – CUBE design, implementation and operations.
- SBC integration for Genesys CCaaS
- M365 integration for Cisco SBC – Direct Routing
