Job Title: Technical Manager
Location: USA – Remote
Total Experience: 8–14 Years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and AWS.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
  • Oversee application architecture, code reviews, security, and performance optimization.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployments, and production support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Python backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Good knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, or equivalent.
  • Experience with technical leadership, solution design, and team mentoring.
  • Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, application security, and production deployment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
  • Experience with Go (Golang).
