Job Description

A fast-growing technology software company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and scale its cloud infrastructure and high-performance manufacturing platform. In this role, you will lead the design, automation, and optimization of cloud environments, ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native services
Proven background in CI/CD automation, release engineering, and deployment workflows
Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and security best practices
Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go
Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, or industrial engineering environments
Knowledge of service meshes, distributed systems, or microservices
Experience supporting high-availability, real-time applications
Familiarity with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar tooling

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure to support mission-critical systems
Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines for reliability and speed
Enhancing platform performance, scalability, and overall system architecture
Automating infrastructure and deployment processes
Ensuring system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Collaborating closely with software, data, and platform engineering teams
