Title: Data Engineer (10+ Years) | Remote with SQL Expert(Fulltime Role)
Location: Remote
Duration: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities
- Profile data to identify primary keys, data quality issues, and relationships.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines on the client's data platform.
- Perform data de-duplication, dimensional modeling, and data transformations.
- Conduct unit, functional, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with Product and QA teams to refine requirements and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior team members and support team onboarding.
- Take ownership and proactively contribute across projects.
Required Skills
- SQL (Expert): CTEs, complex joins, analytic/window functions.
- Data Profiling: Keys, cardinality, data types, precision/scale, data skew.
- Python (Intermediate+): ETL and data processing.
- Snowflake: Hands-on experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good to Have
- Healthcare domain experience (preferably Payer).
- Data Modeling experience.
- DBT hands-on experience.
- Additional Python and Snowflake expertise.
