Senior Graphic Designer – Visual, Motion & AI Content (AI Product Marketing)

We''re seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with strong motion graphics and AI-driven design expertise to support our client''s AI Product Marketing organization.



This role will play a critical part in shaping how our client communicates its next generation of AI-driven enterprise solutions. You''ll create high-impact visual systems, motion graphics, and modern, product-focused content that bring complex AI concepts to life across product launches, campaigns, and social platforms.

This is not a production or deck-polishing role. We''re looking for a designer who can think conceptually, create from scratch, and leverage motion and AI tools to produce best-in-class, differentiated visuals.


What You''ll Do:

Conceptual Design & Visual Storytelling:
Lead the creation of compelling, modern visual narratives that simplify and elevate complex AI concepts into engaging content.
Motion Graphics & Animation:
Design and produce motion graphics ranging from lightweight social animations to more advanced product storytelling—similar to the polished, motion-forward content seen from leading SaaS and AI brands.
Social Media & Product Content (Motion-First):
Create clean, minimal, high-impact social and digital content inspired by brands like Linear—including animated product highlights, feature drops, and launch content.
AI-Generated Visuals & Creative Exploration:
Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney (and similar platforms) to generate compelling, original visuals and explore new creative directions.
Product & Campaign Design:
Develop cohesive visual assets supporting AI product launches.
Infographics & Data Visualization:
Translate complex AI architectures, strategies, and value propositions into clean, digestible static and motion-based visuals.
UX-to-Motion Translation:
Take product UX flows, wireframes, or concepts and turn them into polished animations and storytelling assets—similar to high-end product demos and AI explainer content from leading companies like Google AI.
Presentation & Motion Integration:
Create elevated presentation experiences that incorporate motion—leveraging advanced animation capabilities within presentation tools.
Creative Ideation & Direction:
Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive creative direction, with a strong emphasis on motion-first and AI-enhanced storytelling.
Design Systems & Templates:
Build scalable templates and visual systems across presentations, motion assets, and social content.

What We''re Looking For:

Bachelor''s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Motion Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in graphic design with strong motion graphics, animation, and concept-driven work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong experience with motion tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Experience creating motion directly within presentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote (advanced animations, transitions, storytelling).
Hands-on experience using AI design tools such as Midjourney or similar to create original, high-quality visual content.
Experience with Figma or product/UX design tools is a strong plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing:
Motion graphics and animation
Social media content (especially motion-first, product-led)
AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals
Product storytelling and conceptual design work
Strong understanding of modern SaaS/AI design aesthetics (minimalism, typography, product-focused visuals, motion-first storytelling).
Ability to take UX/product concepts and translate them into compelling visual animations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
