Software Engineer AI - Finance
Responsibilities:

  - Design, develop, and build robust enterprise application solutions using modern full-stack technologies and next-generation agentic solutions.
  - Utilize and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated code deployments across various environments.
  - Optimize API performance with a focus on response time, reliability, scalability, and resource efficiency.
  - Leverage AI tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to actively manage and reduce code complexity, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
  - Develop prototypes and execute Proofs of Concept, including creating sophisticated design agents utilizing cutting-edge AI frameworks (LLMs, RAG, MLOps, Python).
  - Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for production issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
  - Take ownership of software deliverables, ensuring high standards in quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

  - 2+ years of experience in AI frameworks, MLOps, RAG architectures, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI deployment models for internal and external platforms.
  - 8+ years of overall software engineering experience, including AI and delivering complex, large-scale commercial applications or platform services in the finance domain.
  - Proficiency in full-stack development using modern front-end frameworks like React.js.
  - Hands-on proficiency with Python and modern back-end frameworks (Django, FastAPI) for services and automation.
  - Experience in the Enterprise Finance Application domain, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar.
  - Expert-level command of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML), modern API practices, and high-performance integration design.
  - Strong technical command of SQL, cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  - Excellent communication skills with extensive experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) using Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  - General understanding of Finance business processes, including Accounts Receivable, Payables, Procurement, Subscription Management, Pricing, and Product Information Management (PIM).
  - Experience with cloud services from major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle OCI).
