Job Overview:
Pay Range: $52.67hr - $57.67hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
- Proficient in asset management and infrastructure monitoring systems.
- Strong coordination skills for managing complex tasks autonomously.
- Experience following documented processes to provide hardware and logistic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with data center tools, office productivity software, and ticket management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and grow through on the job training.
- Integrity and strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor data center operations and check for emergent alerts through monitoring platforms.
- Perform rack and stack installations, ensuring proper power and asset management.
- Perform troubleshooting and in-depth repairs of hardware and hypervisor issues, following documented processes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with the datacenter capacity team and R&D personnel.
- Work within the site through cabling, monitoring, and team building activities.
- Assist as part of a team of on-site contacts for Networking, Automation, and Capacity teams.
- Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to lift and move equipment up to 100 lbs with assistance.
