The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates is recruiting for an industry-leading organization seeking a dedicated professional for a Sales Operations Specialist position based in McLean, Virginia. This high-impact role centers on optimizing commercial execution, driving revenue visibility, and aligning sales infrastructure with broader enterprise goals in the aerospace and defense sector.
What You’ll Do
Direct commercial deal flows and engineer precise revenue projections.
Establish, deploy, and track performance metrics and operational workflows to elevate departmental productivity.
Administer and configure commercial automation platforms.
Harmonize commercial initiatives alongside cross-functional divisions, encompassing operations, finance, pre-sales, professional services, and legal counsel.
Execute administrative and regulatory compliance protocols specific to government contracting.
Analyze complex transaction metrics, uncovering market movements to refine commercial strategy.
Partner with account executives to formulate and execute high-yield commercial outreach campaigns.
Leverage analytical methodologies to evaluate market behavior and build resilient forecasting models.
Apply commercial judgment to assess deal profitability and unearth expansion avenues.
Facilitate onboarding for incoming account executives by delivering structured training on CRM architecture, operational workflows, and commercial tooling.
Champion ongoing professional mastery and foster peer development across the team.
