T&M services clients from 17 office locations throughout the U.S., including California, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio
We are now accepting resumes for Summer 2027 internships. Opportunities are available in various engineering disciplines such as civil, environmental, water resources, transportation, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Additionally, internships are offered in planning, IT, human resources, marketing, and office services.
These internships are open to current undergraduate students from freshmen through juniors who are pursuing careers in fields related to our industry. Positions are available at various T&M office locations and typically run from late May through August.
Please note that in-person attendance at our office locations is required for this position. Specific schedules will be discussed and decided prior to your internship.
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Previous internship experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills.
For engineering-specific internships:- Pursuing a degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
