Senior Field Services Manager (Gas Turbine)

We are seeking a Field Service Execution Lead to spearhead technical planning and maintenance operations across the LATAM region. In this critical individual contributor role, you will be the primary engineer of service delivery, ensuring that complex maintenance events and service agreements are executed with precision, safety, and world-class reliability.

This position can be based in the US. Ideally, someone living in Florida or the Southeast. 

The Impact You Will Make

• Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end technical planning and onsite execution of high-value service agreements and outages across Latin America (LATAM)

• Operational Excellence: Orchestrate internal resources and global supply chains to ensure every maintenance event is performed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Safety & Leadership: Provide technical and safety (EHS) leadership to field teams, fostering a culture of productivity and rigorous quality control.

• Logistics Mastery: Oversee the lifecycle of specialized satellite tool kits, consumables, and international mobilization—including managing complex visa processes for regional personnel.

• Continuous Improvement: Shape the future of our LATAM operations by developing new processes and optimizing existing ISO 9001-compliant workflows.

What You Bring to the Team

• Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree (BSME or BSEE) with a deep understanding of gas turbine engineering, steam turbines, and generator fundamentals.

• Field Expertise: 5+ years of experience in field service and project management within the power generation or industrial sectors.  Must have gas turbine experience.  Strong outage experience - Specific to actual Turbine work.

• Linguistic Versatility: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to interpret complex technical instructions and find innovative solutions in environments where standardization may be limited.

• Regional Mobility: Readiness to travel (20% – 30%) throughout Latin America to engage directly with customers and oversee onsite outage execution.
