Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Manage mechanical scopes from kickoff through project closeout
+ Oversee HVAC and piping installations including equipment procurement and scheduling
+ Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal field teams
+ Track project budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders
+ Lead subcontractor buyout and ongoing vendor management
+ Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with contract documents
+ Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
+ Support field teams with problem-solving and coordination issues
+ Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications -.

+ 5-10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical construction
+ Background working for a mechanical contractor or subcontractor
+ Experience managing HVAC and or piping scopes on ground up or large retrofit projects
+ Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
+ Effective communication skills working with both field and office teams
+ Familiarity with project management software and estimating tools
