Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

Job DetailsWe're looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (8+ years of experience) with a strong background in trucking and premises liability. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be licensed in Texas and be able to handle a caseload independently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable billing a minimum of 160 hours per month and managing cases from inception through resolution.
Key Requirements:
- Active Texas bar license
- 5+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
