Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead to lead development efforts for large-scale enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as a lead developer, mentor, and subject matter expert, ensuring robust architecture, code quality, and adherence to best practices throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts for enterprise-level applications and services
• Serve as technical SME for systems supporting complex financial business processes
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
• Oversee code quality from development through integration, staging, and production
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high standards of testing and validation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic techniques
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and roadmap planning
• Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager
• 5+ years experience with:
• Azure SQL
• SQL Server
• Oracle (or similar relational databases)
• Strong expertise in:
• Microsoft Visual Studio
• .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Entity Framework
• n-Hibernate
• ORM technologies

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL proficiency and relational database design concepts
• Experience creating and maintaining:
• SQL queries
• SSRS reports
• Power BI reports
• Extensive experience supporting complex financial systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system analysis, and enterprise architecture principles
