RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Desktop Technician in Wesley Chapel, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Desktop Technician will provide desktop, hardware, software, and application support
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and partner with the Network Team to resolve escalated incidents
* Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and services
* Assist with Windows 11 imaging, deployment, and upgrades
* Deploy and install 200+ computers, printers, phones, and other medical IT devices
* As a Desktop Technician, you will set up and support conference room audio/visual equipment
* Manage asset tracking and inventory updates in ServiceNow, including serial numbers, MAC addresses, and asset tags
* Travel between sites as needed and assist with moving/installing lightweight IT equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting Windows operating systems
* Active Directory administration and troubleshooting experience
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
* Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues
* Familiarity with SCCM and device deployment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable supporting multiple locations and traveling between sites
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
