Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Test Lead with strong functional and testing expertise in Oracle ERP modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise testing programs, particularly within Oracle ERP implementations, and possess solid knowledge of US payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle ERP implementation and enhancement projects
Manage and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases
Drive functional testing across Oracle ERP modules including Payroll, Sales, Collections, and Cash Management
Ensure alignment of testing activities with business requirements and project timelines
Conduct defect management, tracking, and resolution coordination
Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and standards within testing processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on ERP systems
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules: Payroll, Sales, Collections, and Cash Management
Proven experience in leading large enterprise-level testing programs
In-depth understanding of US Payroll processes and compliance requirements
Experience in Oracle ERP implementation and upgrade projects
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in test management tools and defect tracking systems
