We are partnered with a client who is a long standing manufacturing and distribution company. With a deeply tenured workforce and a strong culture of trust, we're entering a key phase of technology modernization-and they're hiring their first true Technical Project Manager to help lead it.

Why This Role

This is a hands on delivery leadership role, not a checkbox PM position. You'll establish structure where formal TPM/PMO discipline hasn't existed and drive end to end execution of critical IT initiatives across multiple locations.

Initial focus includes physical security modernization, CRM implementation, Cloud migration, ERP modernization, and supporting infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do

• Own technical projects from planning through delivery


• Build clear project structure: plans, timelines, risks, reporting, and cadence


• Drive execution across distributed teams, vendors, and stakeholders


• Proactively identify risks, surface issues early, and keep projects moving


• Lead vendor coordination and accountability


• Create repeatable, consistent delivery processes (PMO foundation)


• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and build trust through follow through

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years as an IT/Technical Project Manager


• Experience delivering infrastructure and software projects


• Experience managing Infrastructure and Software project initiatives


• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills


• Comfortable operating in evolving environments and creating clarity


• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum is preferred but not required
