We are looking for a Sr Data & Reporting Analyst with strong current healthcare domain experience to join a long-term project.
Must Have:
10+ years of experience
Current Healthcare domain experience (mandatory)
Strong in Python (ETL, pandas, PyMongo)
MongoDB (schema design, performance tuning)
SQL (advanced querying)
Data pipelines & ETL architecture
Dashboarding tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker)
HIPAA / PHI compliance & CMS reporting
