Direct Hire Full-Time Role

Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

This position provides a variety of software/application support services to the internal employees of our client. This Helpdesk Technician position is focused on telephone support for corporate users, distribution center users, and retail store employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and security systems.


• Conduct safety inspections and equipment checks before shifts.


• Support specialized manufacturing environments, including cleanrooms and RF testing areas.


• Oversee facility projects such as equipment installations, layout changes, and process improvements.


• Ensure OSHA and EH&S compliance across the facility.


• Lead incident response, hazard identification, and corrective action efforts.


• Coordinate employee safety and compliance training programs.


• Manage vendors, maintenance providers, and facility inspections.


• Maintain compliance documentation, permits, inspection records, and audit reports.


• Promote a proactive safety culture within manufacturing operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of facilities management experience.


• 7+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments.


• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance standards.


• Experience with cleanrooms and industrial infrastructure systems.


• Strong communication and documentation skills.


• Ability to work independently in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing experience.


• Experience with RF chambers or specialized testing environments.


• CFM or FMP certification.


• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.


• Korean language skills preferred
