Required Skills & Qualifications
· 6–12+ years of experience in Project Management within Telecom / Network / Technology domains
· Strong understanding of:
· Telecom architecture and KPIs
· Networking fundamentals
· Proven experience managing cross‐functional teams
· Excellent communication and reporting skills
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Technical Skills
· Unix/Linux commands
· PuTTY, DBeaver, or similar tools
· API concepts and integrations
· Python or scripting exposure
· Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems
· Good to Have
· Experience with:
· Core network projects
· Packet brokers
· Cloud architecture and virtual networks
· Exposure to:
· Capacity planning
· Network automation
· PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
Telecom Domain & Network Management
· Understand end‐to‐end telecom architecture, including:
· Access, core, and transport networks
· Call flows and signaling
· Work with telecom teams on:
· Network configurations
· Integrations and upgrades
· Capacity and traffic planning
· Analyze and track key telecom KPIs, including:
· Traffic patterns
· Call drops
· Access and latency issues
· Network performance metrics
