Job Description:

Pay Range: $91.55hr - $96.55hr

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to design, build, and deliver impactful training programs that support Market Managers and Account Executives.
This role focuses on instructional design, learning management system administration, sales enablement content creation, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will drive program effectiveness using data insights and take full ownership of enablement initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

Design and build training programs using instructional design best practices.
Develop and deliver role-based training programs including mock calls, certifications, and playbooks.
Manage and optimize the learning management system, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and engaging.
Troubleshoot issues across the enablement technology stack and implement effective solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences.
Use data insights from tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to identify gaps and improve program effectiveness.
Own projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in enablement, learning and development, or instructional design.
Hands-on learning management system administration experience including course creation, user access management, and platform optimization.
Experience creating and delivering sales enablement content including sales narratives, pitches, objection handling, and standardized playbooks.
Strong instructional design expertise with demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective content.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting go-to-market teams including sales, account management, or partnerships.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

Experience working with common technology tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, and Airtable.
Experience developing enablement programs in fast-paced environments.

Should Have:

Background in a SaaS organization in learning and development or enablement roles.
Experience with enablement platforms.
Familiarity with hospitality, travel, or marketplace business models.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Skills:

Instructional design and curriculum development.
Learning management system administration.
Sales enablement content development.
Data-driven program optimization.
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Project management and organization.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
