Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
Work Type: Remote (with on-site as required)
Location (Onsite when required): Middletown, PA

Description of Duties:

• Lead and/or participate in project teams supporting enterprise system initiatives
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into system solutions
• Configure, maintain, and support enterprise systems and software
• Identify and resolve configuration issues to ensure proper system operation
• Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and system documentation
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-related issues for end users
• Assist with training end users on systems and business processes
• Develop, execute, validate, and maintain test scripts and testing processes
• Coordinate with business units to ensure successful implementation of changes
• Review current business processes and compare with industry best practices
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements
• Assess impacts of legislation, regulations, contracts, or procedural changes on systems
• Utilize various software and technology tools to perform job duties
• Perform all phases of the application development lifecycle including requirements, development, unit testing, and implementation
• Perform related duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Technical Skills:

• Design and implement model-driven apps, Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and solutions
• Build Power Automate flows and integrations with internal and external systems
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, Web API integrations, JavaScript form scripts, and PCF controls
• Apply ALM best practices including solution layering, environment strategies, and deployment pipelines
• Build secure RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Entity Framework Core, C#, and VB.NET
• Develop React and TypeScript single-page applications using modern frameworks
• Ensure UI/UX quality, accessibility compliance, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse customizations
• Power Platform expertise including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and environment strategies
• Proficiency with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, REST, and Microsoft Graph
• Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Development and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Portals for customer self-service including real-time payments
• Real-time integrations between Dynamics CE and F&O using Logic Apps
• Development and maintenance of SOAP and REST APIs for third-party SaaS integrations
• Maintenance of custom code within Azure DevOps
• Experience enhancing Azure Chatbot and Bot Framework solutions
• Experience extending Finance & Operations modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Credit & Collections

Preferred Experience:

• 8+ years of enterprise system experience including configuration, technical support, system testing, and end-user documentation
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft certifications preferred but not required

Engagement Requirements:

• Candidate preferred to reside within the Continental United States
• Work will remain remote until further notice
• Onsite work, interviews, or meetings will be held in Middletown, PA
• Resources within a 3-hour commuting distance are not eligible for travel reimbursement
• Authorized travel must comply with federal GSA per diem guidelines
• Vendor is responsible for providing workspace; meeting space will be provided as needed
• Commission-provided equipment must be returned within two weeks of offboarding
• Vendors must complete onboarding documentation and background checks
• NDA required for system or data access
• Cameras required during meetings and professional appearance expected
• Resource must be available to report onsite within 3 hours for emergencies
• Onsite presence required for planned implementations or critical issues when needed
• Adherence to Commission IT standards is mandatory
• Overtime requires prior written approval
