Planview Business Systems Analyst

This contract IT Business Systems Analyst Sr. role supports requirements work for a Planview Portfolios toolset rollout. You will build, update, and refine requirements for Business and IT teams, create and maintain Planview AgilePlace boards, and help produce gap analysis and success criteria. The role also includes coordinating stakeholders for working sessions and maintaining program and project tracking boards. The ideal candidate has strong requirements experience and hands-on Planview toolset knowledge.



This is a remote assignment, but candidates must live and work in the contiguous 48 states and follow ET hours, be on video for all meetings, and stay within core business hours.

Essential Skills:




- Planview Portfolios rollout experience or Planview toolset experience

- Experience writing functional, performance, and solution requirements in AzDO

- Experience creating requirements for cloud solutions

- Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and data integration requirements

- Experience with system migration requirements

- Experience using Microsoft applications such as SharePoint and Copilot

- Experience building and maintaining requirements for business and IT teams
